Questions new clients ask
I've never done therapy before, what if I don't know what to say? â–¾
That's completely normal, and it's not something you need to prepare for. We start wherever you are, even "I don't know where to start" is a fine place to begin.
Can I do both therapy and nutrition counselling at the same time? â–¾
Yes. Many clients find the two work well together, we'll talk through what pacing makes sense for you during your consult.
Is this covered by insurance? â–¾
Many extended health plans cover psychotherapy and nutrition counselling, coverage varies by provider. We can talk through what a receipt would look like for your plan.
What if I'm still not sure which one I need? â–¾
That's exactly what the free consult is for. Take the quiz above for a starting point, then we'll figure the rest out together.
